IRACROFT
Instillation of a new surface water drainage gully and pipe work in a large warehouse car park to alleviate the problem of large puddles forming, and the re-laying of concrete to the surrounding area to give an even surface for the loading forklifts to travel over.

Strip out existing cellar and seating area to create a new three table pool room, including stripping of whole roof re-board and felt and the instillation of a fire proof barrier and suspended ceiling. Re plastering of all walls followed by full re decoration.

Erection of a timber framed lean to smoking shelter including a poly carbonate roof and rain water gutters.

Full strip out of existing shop to create a licensed gaming arcade including creation of staff office and change counter. And removal of existing rotten sign frontage and instillation of all new timber frame work and marine ply backing to allow new sign work to be installed.
