Nathan Gardens, Hamworthy

This was an attractively designed brickwork extension that tied in perfectly with the existing house to create a larger lounge with an exposed beam vaulted ceiling and contempory lighting design.

Twemlow Avenue, Poole

Sympathetically built two storey extension to create extra living space comprising of a home office, double bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and integral garage, utility room, play room and large conservatory over the ground floor.

Evering Avenue, Parkstone

Demolition of existing bungalow and clearance of site to allow large development of a seven bedroom disabled residential care home, the building comprised of 5 wet rooms over two floors each with specialist overhead lifting equipment, communal lounge, service user friendly kitchen, staff office and utility room.

Every aspect was taken into account within this project including a fully automated fire alarm system linked to every door to allow a swing free action in everyday use and the automatic closure of all doors in the event of alarm activation. We also re landscaped the rear garden and formed a large patio area and visitors parking across the front of the building with in out drive.

Victoria Crescent, Parkstone

Construction of a two storey extension to add an extra master bedroom and en suite on the first floor, linked by the segregation of part of an existing bedroom to create a corridor. And a single door internal garage on the ground floor.

Orchard Avenue, Corfe Mullen

A pitched roof single storey extension in matching brick to create a larger dinning room with removal of excisting external wall and lintel across, with french doors to the side and large window at the front to allow maximum light penetration.

Canford Cliffs Road, Canford Cliffs

The customer's specification for this lounge extension was clear, a high vaulted ceilling with exposed beams and a chandelier not out of place in a stately home. This project was about warm coloured timber, from the solid oak flooring to the localy sourced waney edge larch cladding fitted to the exterior gable.

Horning Road, Branksome

Demolish the exsiting coal store and out-house which was damp and unused. To make room for a compact toilet and shower room and a small utility to house a washing machine and tumble dryer, freeing up much needed space in the main kitchen.

Columbia Road, Bournemouth

This two year old bungalow was short on space so the project was to create a large wet room, home office and double bedroom. We achieved this by filling in the alcove and unused parking space to the front of the building and adding a meter strip the length of the property.

Brixey Road, Parkstone

This project included the demolition of the exsisting garage and outbuildings to make way for a four bedroom and four bathroom extension, which also incoporated a large lounge and utillity room. The two buildings were then joined by a two storey walkway set back from the front of the building to prevent the development from looking too overpowering.

Lower Blandford Road, Broadstone

Full refurbishment and extension of a well known character property in the broadstone area, The property now consists of six bedrooms all with en-suite wetrooms. One of the main challanges with this project was the positioning and construction of a personel lift as space was very limited within the building.

Brixey Road (2), Parkstone

Demolition of excisting property and clearence of site to make way for a six bedroom purpose built residential care home for service users with autism. Outside works included a permeable block paved drive, fully landscaped garden and large raised patio area.
